JIMグループは1997年の設立以来、常に社会の変化と歩調をあわせながら、既存事業の深化と新規事業の開拓を繰り返し、地域に住む人々の「豊かさ」に寄り添ってきました。

20周年を機にいま一度創業の精神に立ち返り、お客様に感動されるサービスを提供すべく、気持ちと決意を新たに一層の努力を続けてまいります。

私にとって「豊かに生きる」とは、なかなか経験できないことに挑戦し、その苦労を含めて、人生を楽しむこと。

万人が経験できない体験・成果を得るには、ときに、がむしゃらな努力が必要です。そこにかける情熱、頑張り、失敗、そして成長。そのすべてが、私にとって「豊かさ」でした。

お客様に豊かさを提供するため、創造力を目一杯働かせ、失敗を恐れずチャレンジすることは、そのまま自身にとっての豊かさでもあったのです。これは大変に幸いなことでした。

そこに、当グループで働く社員の個性・強みが加わったことで、多様な角度から、企業と人のさらなる発展と充実に寄与するサービスを提供できるに至っています。

売ること、話すこと、つくること。これ自体は、仕事ではないと考えています。

Since being founded in 1997, JIM Group has been aligned with the "enrichment" of the people living in the region by repeating the process of deepening existing businesses and developing new businesses while always remaining synchronized with social changes.

We would like to use our 20th anniversary as an opportunity to return to the spirit that we were founded on once again and renew our approach and commitment to continuing to try even harder to provide services that move our customers.

To me, "living an enriched life" is to enjoy life, including the difficulties of taking on the challenge of rare experiences.

In order to encounter experiences and produce results that not everybody is able to, there is a need to work as hard as possible at times. There is passion, effort, failure, and growth involved, and all of this represented "enrichment" in my mind.

The act of using all of my imagination and taking on challenges without fearing failure in order to provide enrichment to our customers itself also represented enrichment for myself. This was quite a blessing.

By taking this and adding the individuality and strengths of the employees working for our group, we have become able to provide services that contribute to the further development and fulfillment of companies and people from a variety of angles.

I do not consider the acts of selling, speaking, and creating themselves to represent work.Our true calling is to "attract fans" through all of it.We must think seriously about what we can do for our customers with the colleagues that we work together with and turn it into action.
